Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Live in a community of people with similar lifestyles and interests, while gaining 24/7 support services from our experienced staff
Assist – Daily Personal Activities
Assist you with your personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, administering medications, cleaning, grocery shopping and much more.
Social and Community Participation
Stay connected with local events and help participate actively in your community
Community Nursing Care
Specialist in-home care with a higher level of clinical attention provided by a Registered Nurse
High intensity Personal Activities
Management of Medications; Disposal of medical waste; Restrictive practices; Complex bowel care, Urinary catheters; Wound management; Sub-cutaneous, PEG feeding and Ventilator management
Assist – Travel/Transport
Travel to visit family and friends, going to school or work, attending medical appointments, or running daily errands
Household Chores
