Assist participants to build their work-related skills, to find and keep a job, including ongoing support when it is needed.
Australian Trinity Care provides assistance to access and maintain employment for people with disabilities. Through NDIS support, disabled people can avail workplace assistance that enables them to obtain and/or retain employment successfully in an open or supported labour market. Any individual at working age with an employment goal, including students who have reached their working age, can get the support.
The ability to work and get paid not only aids in improved social interaction for people with disabilities, but also makes them more confident and independent. Through our assistance to access and maintain employment, NDIS participants can avail the following supports:
Job-related counselling and assessment
Employment preparation and/or support, individually or in a group
Real employment opportunities with the salary in an open or supported work environment
Job entitlements
Flexible working hours
In-house and external training opportunities
Assistance to find and keep jobs; expand or upgrade workplace skills; get access to better opportunities
Assistance for Specialised Supported Employment
We also provide specialised supported employment assistance to disabled people who are unable to work in open employment conditions. Through these supports, you or your loved ones can build work skills, routines and practices to gain employment or change to another job.
Our support workers at Australian Trinity Care are available 24/7 on call for client needs and facilitates quick and flexible scheduling. We also ensure regular quality assurance for our support services.
